[resolved] Delicate Theme NattyWP - Adding linked image at the top right of the website (1 post)

    Hello all!
    I am generally new to WordPress!
    I am currently using the Delicate Theme by NattyWP and making some customisations to it.

    I removed the search bar at the top right hand side of the website and put in a picture instead (of contact details).

    I now want to put another picture under there and have it linked to Facebook.
    I have done this but I am having a problem. The picture is there and the picture is a link but the link also spills on to the next line, which pushes the "Home" link on the nav bar down, screwing up the navbar. Interestingly, this only happens when I use Chrome (Mac) which is my main browser. I had a look on Safari and also on my BlackBerry too and the problem does not exist.

    Any thoughts to fix this issue so my website is Chrome friendly?

    In my stylesheet, I have the following(left search_bar as the parameter but it's actually just the first picture):

    /* Search form */
    #top_search { background:url(images/contactdetails.jpg) no-repeat; height:56px; position:absolute; right:30px; top:25px; width:200px;}

    /*Facebook Link */
    #fb_link { background:url(images/findusonfacebook.jpg) no-repeat; height:44px; position:absolute; right:0px; top:50px; width:144px;}

    In my header.php file, I have:

    <div id="header">
    		<div id="flash_header">[kml_flashembed movie="http://www.******.co.uk/logo1.swf" height="120" width ="550"/]</div>
      <div id="top_search">
      <div id="fb_link"><a href="http://facebook.com/profile.php?id=*******" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.**********/wp-content/themes/delicate/images/findusonfacebook.jpg"/>
    </div>
    </div>
    </div>

    Look forward to your replies!
    Thank you. :)
