Deleted Theme-Can't log in

While trying to put something to let me get 2 line caption text in to the theme, I apparently jacked it all up.
Can’t find or log in to my theme.
Have tried going in with sitename/wp-admin
Can’t do it.
I cut the code in the Theme functions FTP in to word before and tried to put it back but no dice.

My site is gone and I can’t get in at all.

Help!!!
