   Hello, i have recently found out that deleted pages still exist on my wordpress.

   (example: http://174.120.155.220/~tybasher/?page_id=7)

   The page that episode 1 is linked to is deleted from my pages section in the control panel but yet it still exists and is able to be visited by anyone who knows it. I have run across a mod that has deleted these before but i am not able to find it again no matter how hard i search or how long. Is anyone able to link me to this plugin or let me know the name of it or anything like that?

   No it doesn't. Unless you also have a page at http://174.120.155.220/~tybasher/?page_id=74589. What I think you do lack is a 404 page/message.
