   Editing the site this afternoon (without backing up) I deleted the content on the homepage. It now loads with the nav bars but no content, when I go into the page management, I don't have a "default" or other page. How do I reload/recreate the home page?

   Did you edit any part of the template or was this on the website wysiwyg itself?

   Yah! I figured it out :)
   In "Options" under "Home-page control" you can set which child page you'd like to be the parent.
