I deleted a few lines of code out of the theme sidebar & now all I have is a blank white screen. How do I fix this? Please help. Thanks!

You have broken your theme, most likely. Can you get into the admin section and, if so, enable a different theme. If you don't have one, download a fresh copy of WP and put the twenty t'en theme up there to use.
