I just recently deleted all my themes in wordpress (1.5) because well I just had way to many of them uploaded to my site (almost 80 of them) I thought it would be so simple to just delete all of them then just add the ones that I actually enjoy using.

This does’nt seem to be the case. I have deleted all of them then, I uploaded the ones I enjoy using only to have them NOT APPEAR on the list of Themes available.

I broke it, how do I fix this?

Did you also replace the default theme? It’s important to have around, since some themes use parts of it (such as thje comments template).

However, I’m not sure this would cause a problem with displaying the themes under Presentation. Things to double-check:

    1. Your themes were uploaded to /wp-content/themes/ and nowhere else.

    2. If ftp’ed up, .php and .css files were uploaded in ASCII and not BINARY mode. On rare occasions this can cause issues.

    3. Each theme does have its style.css with it, correct?

I managed to get them to start appearing and to start working (being able to switch between the two)

It turns out that for some odd reason it would’nt show up when I had only uploaded one, but once I had uploaded two and more they all began to appear.

    Problem is Solved!
