I accidentally deleted a member of my blog, and admin i think and all her posts are now gone!I then logged out and realized it.Can i get this back?

Do you have a database backup?

Do you take regular backups of your database? i.e., do you email them to yourself? If you don’t, you’ll need to get in touch with your host and they may (or may not) be able to help you out.
