I'm sorry to ask this but I can't access my primary domain for some reason and would like to reinstall it but keep the subdomains intact. Is this possible.
Can anyone advise me on this rather dumb question for you guys I supopose?

Your sub-domains should be in a separate folder in your hosting so just don't touch that folder and you should be fine.
