Is there no way to delete everything and start over? I imported over 3000 posts and need to nuke it because of an import problem and try again, but WP is only allowing me to do this 15 posts at a time. Is that the only way? Thanks!

Delete everything, as far as what? Your entire WP install? Your database?
The former can be done via FTP, the later via your domains control panel.
