   when i publish a post on website but it show on my website after more then 5 hrs. it also show late 5 days late in feed burner.

   Are you using any plugins or other settings for scheduling posts?

   I am using mainly two plugins
   WP Super Cache
   SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam
   please give me solution

   Deactivate all plugins and revert to Twenty Eleven theme and see if the problem persists.
