Default Theme: get_bloginfo("url") instead of "wpurl" (3 posts)

    In the loop of the default WP install, the post links use the "url" instead of the the "wpurl." This means that if you change the site url to be different from the wordpress installtion in the general settings, the links will all become broken. This doesn't seem to be what you would want, especially when the general settings state that you can make them different.

    Actually on digging, this isn't a problem with the theme but a issue with the_permalink(). It apparently is returning the correct URL if the WordPress and Site URL's are different.

    Ah, this is an RTFM. http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory resolves the issue.
