Sorry didn’t get you at all :S
In wordpress you can create navigational menus through the “menu” area. When you are at this page you can add different pages from your wordpress document. But I’ve noticed that you can also add from the Nimble Categroies. But when I do this, I can’t choose what template they will use. Does that make sense?
If not I can upload or email you screen shots of what I’m talking about.

Please make a new theme file for the taxonomy our plugin is using, since our plugin is using nimble-portfolio-type as taxonomy you need to make taxonomy-nimble-portfolio-type.php, and if you want to use all the taxonomy pages to look same, you should use taxonomy.php as your template file.
