Default state for Tribute

    Even though you have an option to select the default state for donation, it does not affect the default state for tribute. WA is the hardcoded option, which I changed to my own state in the dgx-donate.php file. Can you make the admin interface affect both sections of the form instead of having it hardcoded for the tribute section?
