Default path errors (3 posts)

The installation seemed to go OK, but at login or other page requests I get alert box errors, as if my browser is trying to download the required page: "Internet explorer cannot download from wp-admin/...domain"

I get this error at login, but if I type the full path -- domain/blog/index.php -- my blog appears and I can edit pages.

However, If I click the links on the right of page, I get the same error msg. Likewise, I can get to domain/wp-admin/index.php but only if I type the full path manually, otherwise I get the error.

I assume there is some simple setting somewhere which I need to edit, but where?

Strangely, though, I can navigate around the admin area without problems once I am there

    Any help much appreciated

These turned out to be htaccess file errors, which are now corrected

We created htaccess files for wordpress to resolve the issue

    Thank you
