Default Language in Selection and removing Toolbar

    Hello

    Great plugin!

    I am trying to NOT show “Select Language” as the default option for the dropdown menu instead I would like to show “English”.

    The strange bit is if I choose another language in the “Choose the original language of your website” option, like Spanish, it will display “English” as the default, removing the “Select Language”. I don’t know how this is supposed to function.

    Also I have the “Show Google Toolbar?” option set as NO, but whenever I switch to a different language the Google Translate toolbar appears telling me that “This page as been translated from such and such language. Show original” Is it possible to not have this toolbar appear?

    Hi Benjamin, it has been a while since you posted this issue for the Google Language Translator plugin.

    But I think the most recent version of this plugin will now serve the needs of this old post. Download version 2.7 of Google Language Translator, and tell me if you like. This version displays the actual language name instead of “Select Language”, although the plugin will always show “Select Language” from the very beginning.

    Also, the “Show Google Toolbar” issue above should probably be resolved as well.

    Hopefully you are still using the plugin. If not, that’s great too.
