   The default image for each post is usually the first image that comes up in the post but the posts without an image just show a blank image. How do I set a default image that those posts without an image can use so that it's not just a blank white box?

   Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says "Related Posts" and you'll see some posts have a thumbnail there but others don't. Is there a way to have the posts without any images automatically revert to a default image?
