Default Comments functionality with star ratings (6 posts)

I had my site designed for me, so I am very new to wordpress. I am managing it now. My comments are enabled for one specific area of the website, which works fine. The problem is next to the comments there is a 5 star rating (which I want) but all the ratings are 0 stars. When you go to comment it doesn't allow you to choose a rating.

I can't find any settings anywhere to manage the star rating system, or disable it. I've thought about putting in a different plugin to handle this, but again, being new I don't think it'll be as easy as I want it to be. I'd rather just fix this because it seems like it should be an easy fix.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you're trying to figure out what plugin is for the ratings plugin, you can try disabling all plugins and enable each plugin one-by-one.

Just went through, there aren't any plugins handling this. I think its a default setting somewhere, but I can't figure it out. The only plugins I have are some backup plugins and woocommerce. As well as the Striking theme.

Sounds like that may be part of your commercial theme - in which case, you'll need to contact the developer for help:
