Deeplink juggernaut

    There are quite a few problems with the juggernaut and I wonder if there are any changes boiling.

    For instance, it replaces the text within shortcodes, generating a mess with the WP in general, or it autolinks the page (as no option is provided within the settings).

    Also, I was reading a post of about 2 years ago when it has been suggested to make possible autolinks in the “link” section.
    I do appreciate that wp 3.5 has removed that section by default, but it would be still extremely useful.
