I've attempted every decoder website I could find, including all of the ones in the sticky thread here. I've got it to decrypt a bit of it, but not the entirety of it. Normally I wouldn't mind (esp leaving in an ad for whomever created it) but for some reason, they encrypted stuff I'd actually need to change.
Any help is appreciated.

If I may, do yourself a favor, and do not use any theme including encrypted code.
See this article for more details, or try using the tools Otto mentions in this post if you really want to use such a theme.

Thank you for the response. As I noted in the first post, I've attempted all of the tools on that website already. I do understand why you would recommend that, and I'm starting to understand why. But I'd like to use this one specifically, very much :(

You didn't try too hard. This works fine: DecodeThe.Net.
