   So new to WP. I have the Fashion Style theme and would like to know how to decode it. Can I change my page color, banner etc?

   Yes of course. Just edit style.css

   There are thousands of WordPress themes - which means that many people won't be familiar with your particular theme. So a link to your site where people can see the theme might result in more responses.

   All themes - with the exception of those that have their css in php driven off an options panel have a file called style.css in the root directory of the theme itself. That is the file u need to edit. From there u can change the whole style of the site.
