Decoding a template

I have read the stickied topic, and I followed every suggestion offered, but I still cannot decode my template. I was wondering if somebody could help?

I am using the Mahiwaga theme from Padd Solutions (http://www.paddsolutions.com/wordpress-theme-mahiwaga/), with v. 3.0.1 of WordPress.

My footer code looks like this:

I am using this layout for my web/graphic design portfolio, and I’m not too keen on having “In collaboration with Free Online Personals, Reverse Phone Lookup, and Local Singles. ” in my footer. I want to move these to another part of the site, such as the side bar or a links page.
