Deactivated plugin fails to fully deactivate

    Hi,

    I tried to deactivate the plugin after testing it, but it refuses to deactivate from my site. When I go to the site on mobile, it’s still showing the plugin layout– I don’t know what to do. I’ve cleared htaccess. Please advise on what I need to do ASAP. This is a huge problem as my site is completely NOT accessible via mobile right now.

    Are you using a cache plugin? Try clearing the cache.

    Does the plugin show as active on the Plugins page inside of the WordPress admin?
