   Quite often when I am deactivating a plugin I am deleting it too. Is there a plugin existing that adds an extra link to Deactivate & Delete or could this be in a future update?

   If you just delete the plugin, it SHOULD deactivate as well.

   But there is no delete button unless you deactivate it??

   Bulk Actions :)

   Check the box by the plugin and use the Bulk Action dropdown.
