In the page I set it to [ddownload_count id=”1942″]
when i check it online, it’s just a plain text, the number doesn’t show.
the id number is correct, i have check it…

when I set it to: [ddownload id=”1942″] then it’s show a button, that’s ok but the shortcode [ddownload_count id=””] doesn’t work, i don’t know why…
Do the server error logs show anything in regards to Delightful Downloads?

when I set it with a wildcard %count% then it works, but not with a shortcode… is there a setting for the shortcodes?

no error logs repported, when i set it with a shortcode [ddownload_count id=”1942″] it shows just plain text not the numbers of downloads…

I think the ‘ddownload_cound’ shortcode isn’t a shortcade at all…
It is a registered shortcode. Check the text editor to make sure no formatting has been added in the editor window. Check this screenshot.

I work with the bbPress script, I think the shortcode [ddownload_count] it’s not supported?
I’m not sure. I’ve never worked with bbPress so not sure of compatibility. The fact the download link works suggests that it should work as both shortcodes are registered in the same way. Sorry I can’t be more helpful than that. I’ll look at compatibility in a future update.
