I have posted on the official support forum for DB-Toolkit but there seems to be more action here and perhaps a better chance of more feedback. (No disrespect intended to the author of the plug-in who provides most of the support in that forum -- but let's face it, he's probably pretty busy).
I am a newbie in may respects so please bear with the ignorant questions.
Using the latest version of the plugin, I have created a form and used the short code to display the form on a page (see < http://www.yourmedicalmarijuanamd.com/test/ > ) but we have issues:
1) I need to remove the field names from the input form and replace them with the appropriate titles. Is there a way to accomplish these things within the Toolkit, or do I need to go into PHP?
2) When doing a search, the result includes field names (firstname, lastname, expirationdate). I need just the returned data to show. Is there a way to accomplish these things within the Toolkit, or do I need to go into PHP?
