    wp v3.2.1

Most of the time when I log into my blog, I find the message:
    "DB Cache Reloaded Info:
caching is not enabled. Please go to the Options Page to enable it."

When I enable it through the option page, It shows:
"Caching can't be activated. Please chmod 755 wp-content folder
    Caching deactivated. Cache files deleted.
    Settings saved."

Then I check the enable for the second time, It shows:
    "Caching activated.
    Settings saved."

Again when I log into my blog someday later, It again shows not caching.

Have you tried chmod-ing the wp-content folder? Or better yet, chown-ing it to whatever user/group apache runs as on your server? My guess is that when the plugin tries to create a new directory to store the cache files, it either doesn't have permission to do so, or doesn't have permission to write the files into that directory.

Atlast I got a reply after 2 months. First, I thank you for replying.

Yes, All the file permissions are correct.

The problem here is DB Cache Reloaded is working,
..... But ...... not most of the time.
Whenever I log in, It's not working.
