    Background:
    Platform:
    Windows XP Pro SP2
    IIS 5.1
    PHP 5.0.5
    MySQL 5.0

    All individual components are confirmed working. I am able to run the WordPress installation, but receive ths following errors during step 2. If I "ignore" the errors, I can log in to WordPress as admin, but receive other foreach() errors when making changes.

    This is the error I receive on the dashboard page when I log in as admin after "ignoring" the installation error messages. The dashboard seems to display correctly despite this error, but I cannot do anything on the page without receiving even more errors.

    <!-- BEGIN Error Message -->

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\WordPress\wp-includes\functions.php on line 1161

    <!-- END Error Message -->

    Thanks again.
