Those dates are showing up because post/page name/title is empty.

I removed the titles using a plugin. I don’t want a title or the date to appear, any help?

Enable the title by disabling the plugin and see if the dates will be replaced by titles.

Yeah the dates are replaced by the title, but I don’t want either of them. Is there any way to remove both?

    open page.php and delete line # 17
But create a child theme first.

This is a great theme but it’s really confusing. I don’t know to create a child theme in this theme, I believe you use a different method? I also don’t know where to find the page.php

    Download the theme, unzip it.
You will see a folder “ChildTheme” and page.php in it.
    Copy childtheme to another location
    copy page.php to childtheme
    edit page.php
    upload chiltheme to wp-content/themes folder
    activate childtheme.

What does the line look like?
