The date formats are hard-coded in the files edit.php line 168 and in edit-comments.php line 95. This is unfortunate for us non-american who tend to be confused by the am/pm hour notation.
It would be great if those date formats could be properly localised, or at least if the international format Y-m-d G:i:s was used.
