I was working on my template and I'm pretty much done. I check it and BAM! My date, entry, and author are not appearing.

Anything to do with your Blog and WordPress addresses in your Options, General screen?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. All of my WP files are in a folder of their own called 'wp'. All of my options seem to be in order.
