Getting error getmypid() | WordPress.org

after transferred host, I backup databass and login control cpanel, see error:
Warning: getmypid() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/jenny82/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpass.php on line 52
please help.
other the pages warn 404.

Might try Otto’s advice:

If that doesn’t work, unfortunately you may need to find a host that doesn’t turn that off.

Could you please note what host you are using where the error is happening. Thanks.

I use x10hosting, cpanel11, please help

Ask your host if they can enable the getmypid function.

Also, are you using WordPress version 2.6.2?

go to the main website ( x10hosting.com ) and go to the red login box and enter your login information. It will redirec you to another account page scroll down to php version and change the radio button to intermedieate and tell them you are installing WordPress and they will ok it then your instalation will work. Tell me if there’s any problems
