Database Upgrade Required?? | WordPress.org

So as soon as I updated to 3.6, I ran the update network tool. It still says Database Upgrade Required for some reason. I have ran it about 15 times now and it still says it. Is it a bug with WordPress or MySQL??

There’s another thread on this. In my case it was a database permission issue. I opened up the WordPress MySQL user to full-on everything on the WordPress DB, restarted Apache and refreshed MySQL just to be sure, then it resolved itself. Post-update I put my previous permissions back into place. There are others saying that this didn’t work for them, so take it with a grain of salt.

I changed the user to root and yet it still has not worked. Thinking it’s a bug in WordPress 3.6.

Not a bug, per sey, but it’s not ‘right’.

Your site is fine, you can stop pressing upgrade. 🙂 I’m going to follow up and see if this was by design or what.
