Had some problems with an installation of EME, and reinstalling kept bringing up the bad data, so I deleted the tables in MySQL and deleted and reinstalled EME. Now I’m getting an \”WordPress database error: [Table ‘xxx.com.wp_zp275u_eme_categories’ doesn’t exist]”\ error.

I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times, to no avail. Am I missing something?

If you can still access the EME settings pannel, check the option
“Delete all EME data when upgrading or deactivating”, then deactivate and reactivate. That removes all wordpress settings concerning EME and you’ll start with a clean slate.
Otherwise, go in the wordpress table called “wp_options” and delete the option called “eme_db_version”.
Also check if the db user has the needed rights to create tables.

    Worked like a charm! Thanks!
