   I have a WP network install with many blogs. When I create a new blog in network administrator, the blog is created, but some tables are missing. for example wp_[id]_posts, wp_[id]_comments, wp_[id]_terms, wp_[id]_options. When I create the tables manually after the wizard, all works well. It looks that this behavoir is since the last wp update. Does anyone else have this problem?

   It means the ID you're using in your wp-config.php file doesn't have full permissions to the database.

   Make sure it has access to create tables.
