database problems could not be repaired

    I uploaded a xml post backup file to my dev URL dmg.disruptmg.com. The back up was created from disruptmg.com.

    I am now not able to access the site(s) , yes both of them, and I got a message saying to repair the database. When I click repair I get the following message:

    Some database problems could not be repaired. Please copy-and-paste the following list of errors to theWordPress support forums to get additional assistance.

    wp_posts: Incorrect information in file: ‘./disruptm_wp/wp_posts.frm’
    wp_comments: Size of datafile is: 85584 Should be: 8501888
    wp_options: Size of datafile is: 1196 Should be: 1812928
    wp_terms: Size of datafile is: 349640 Should be: 2784
