database plugin for website hyperlinks search function

I am looking for a database on my website as it is also applied here:
http://www.archiefzoeker.nl (by the way, this is NOT my website)

(search for example fot the word ‘architecture’)

You will then see the results of websites that match the entered search term(s) & a short description of those website hyperlinks.

I also want such a database on my website.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to do this?
Or do you know a useful plugin for this? Any help would be great!

I already looked for a WP plugin, but I couldn’t one.

Maybe I don’t use the right words in my search for a WP plugin? (at least I hope that you understand what I’m looking for, my search engine doesn’t 😉
