   Hello and thank you for your time.

   To make a long story short, I had to reinstall WordPress on my server. Before reinstalling WordPress, I emailed a backup of my data from within WordPress.

   That emailed backup file is a .sql file and I am getting the following error when I try to import that file into WordPress.

   This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

   How do I import my data if it's an .sql?
