Database error : unknown column ‘cat_links’ in ‘order clause’

    Hello,
    I ran an update on my word press via my cpanel from the version 2.04 (?) and i followed all the steps necessary. I later went to upgrade.php where it told me no Upgrade was required, and that my WordPress database was already up-to-date! After i continued, i noticed there was an error in my sidebar where my links used to be:

    WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘cat_links’ in ‘order clause’]
    SELECT * FROM wp_categories WHERE cat_ID > 0 AND link_count > 0 ORDER BY cat_links ASC

    A long time ago the links feature was under moderate > links, but now it seems there is something new called a blogroll? My sidebar.php has the following in it:

    <?php get_links_list('Links'); ?>
	<?php endif; ?>

    is this wrong now?

    what can i do to fix my problem? i would greatly appreciate your help, thank you.
