• I’ve been trying to use BackWPup to backup all my WordPress sites to Amazon S3, but I get the following 2 database errors which concern me:

WARNING: Database error Column count of mysql.proc is wrong. Expected 20, found 16. Created with MySQL 50095, now running 50536. Please use mysql_upgrade to fix this error. for query SHOW FUNCTION STATUS

WARNING: Database error Column count of mysql.proc is wrong. Expected 20, found 16. Created with MySQL 50095, now running 50536. Please use mysql_upgrade to fix this error. for query SHOW PROCEDURE STATUS

I bought the matter up with my webhost and they were able to dump the databases manually.

    Apache version: 2.2.26
    PHP version: 5.3.28
    MySQL version: 5.5.36-cll

Any help would be appreciated. 🙂

This message comes up if you have made an update of the mysql database and you have not done the complete update procedure.

If you have a Hoster ask him for fixing it else ask google how to fix that message.
