I get this right after posting a new post, sometimes after editing one. Anyone have any ideas?

WordPress database error: [Lost connection to MySQL server during query]
    INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES ('17','_pingme','1')

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/g/r/e/greeblie/html/wordpress/wp-includes/wp-db.php:102) in /home/content/g/r/e/greeblie/html/wordpress/wp-admin/post.php on line 59

The post is saved and the webpages are correctly updated, sometimes and othertimes it leaves the entry marked as private. I'm running WordPress 2.0.1

I get this exact same error too...
this does not appear to be anything to do with the codex article listed above. but I am convinced it is a bug in WP's handling of some post markup.
If I delete certain parts of the post that causes this the error goes away.
I need to narrow it down to a specific part of the html in the post, but I am convinced it is specific to the post that causes the error.
