Database Error:

I am running a WP site that has an error in the error log:

WordPress database error Table ‘gunshow_wdps1.wp_blogs’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT * FROM wp_blogs LIMIT 1 made by require, require_once, require_once, require_once, include_once

Over and over again. 53Mb of it.

Any idea what it is and how to resolve it? I looked at PhpMyAdmin and the table doesn’t exist but I don’t know how to add it.
