    hi all,

    new to wordpress. i have the blog up and running. all is well except i get this error message just after publishing. any ideas of how to resolve this? for reasons that i won't go into the admin id is 2 if that is relevant. feedback would be appreciated.

    I too have been randomly getting this. It usually happens on the Dashboard for me, but has happened else where as well. I never had this issue until I upgraded to 2.1.2....

    Are you guys using GoDaddy.com?

    yes, I am using godaddy, but I have already ruled that out. It only happened when I upgraded to the new version of wordpress and its only in Dashboard where outside information is pulled in, i.e. those feeds at the bottom and the technorati info.
