database connection

how to check if my database connection for my network is correct between the subdomain and the main site.
-
There should be no difference in the database connection between a subdomain and the main site, assuming they are both run off the same installation of MultiSite. You define the database connection details in your wp-config.php file.
If you are having more problems, we need details on the errors you are receiving.
i dont get any error message but it seem like userbase dont fonction correctly.
3 month ago i starting create multisite base on network because is more suitable for my goal.
i follow the process and create different sub domain but until now user on subdomain of main site are not allow to log on another subdomain site of on the main site.
http://www.example.com main site
http://www.sub1.example.com
http://www.sub2.example.com
http://www.sub3.example.comthe users are show on superadmin dashboard with sites name like http://www.sub2.example.com
http://www.sub3.example.com
they are allow to log, but when i am connect on the dashboard of http://www.sub2.example.com
http://www.sub3.example.com
i dont see this user on the dashboardVerify that sub2 and sub3 are listed in your Network Admin -> Sites list, would you?
This is likely related to this post http://wordpress.org/support/topic/multisite-user-dont-work?replies=25
Are you using wildcard subdomains or did you create the subdomains manually?
And please try to keep your question in one thread. Having to answer the same thing three times makes more work for the volunteers.
I asked an either/or question, not a yes/no.
IF you created the subdomain manually in your control panel, that is your problem. You do not need to do that.
i have use wildcard subdomains.
now when i check on ‘ Advanced DNS Zone ‘ all subdomain are point to same ip with class IN type A
i create first by using wildcard subdomains follow by subdomain creation on control panel, because when i am using only the superadmin dash to create the subdomain i can’t connect to subdomain dashboard, and the control panel allow this by sending the correct password
follow by subdomain creation on control panel,
This is why you’re having problems!
If the wildcard subdomain record was not working, then… it’s not working. Fix that first.
my provider just reply my message (he dont support wildcard subdomain record’
wat can i do now, is it another way to solve this issue ? of i am oblige to change provider (i am now with Bluehost)
If your host doesn’t support wildcard subdomains, you need to either switch hosts or use the sub directory install method.
maybe i have to follow this solution:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-30-multisite-on-bluehostAndrea_r, doe you think i have to move my addon domain to primary domain and try again ?
i already have this in my DNS configuration
example.com. 14400 IN A 96.22.56.150
http://www.example.com. 14400 IN CNAME example.com
sub1.example.com. 14400 IN A 96.22.56.150
http://www.sub1.example.com. 14400 IN A 96.22.56.150
