   Hi, I use this page to back up MySQL databases all the time:

   It’s really easy to follow and I’ve restored databases that I’ve exported using these directions, and everything’s worked perfectly. But now my version of phpMyAdmin has changed, and the directions aren’t as easy to follow.

   I’ve got Version 3.4.9...is there another page to follow?

   Nope, but if you want to re-write that page for the newer versions of phpMyAdmin, please do. The codex is volunteer updated.
