Data is not reading in contact form (1 post)

    I have installed a contact form on my WP site, it has about 11 fields and was working fine but now when you go to complete the form and you input data it greys it out???, and when you hit submit it says you have not complete the said field?

    Does anyone know what's going on???

    Please help!!
