Contact Form 7
[resolved] Data field backups? (3 posts)

I had an issue where all of a sudden I was not getting emails from the form. Some testing showed that when using the contact form from my site, it appeared to be successful to the users, but the email was never sent... I updated to v 3.3.1, and this seemed to resolve the issue. That said, is there a data backup for completed form information that is stored somewhere?

I do not know exactly how long the emails were not being received, but I get a lot of leads from my site via this form. I was hoping to recover any 'lost' leads...

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thank you,
    Joe

Nope, it doesn't store the information in the database. Consider installing the Contact Form 7 to Database Extension and/or using a service like Postmark for a higher delivery rate for transactional emails.

Thank you for the heads up. It really sucks that I may have lost a lot of leads, but I have installed this and hopefully it will help in the future!
