   Hi.

   I need to set up a data entry form on my site which will allow users to input a query and for the query to be sent to a specified email address.

   Is there a form plugin or widget which I can use ?

   If there is can you tell me how to access it ?

   I second that. I use fast and secure contact form and it works great.
