I would like to create a data entry form where I can enter the field information and display it in a similar format to this.
In the example above, I would like to only allow myself (administrator) to update the information, but I also have applications where I would like to allow visitors to add information.

Did you ever get a response on this?
I have a similar project in progress right now and I think I have pretty much figured it out, but I'm trying to make one of the custom fields display a link to each post instead of just plain text, and automatically add the link to a table.
