Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Error 500 is too generic to be of any use. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.
Thanks Esmi for your prompt response. I contacted my Hosting Provider and they asked me to deactivate WPTouch plugin and it works.
However, the website contents are not displaying good on mobile devices. Is there any other plugin I could use to accomplish this purpose? Though I’m using a Responsive Theme, yet it’s not doing the task well on mobile devices.
I’m sorry but I could not recommend any specific mobile plugin. Perhaps you should be talking to the theme’s developer about this?
Thanks once again. Not only that the contents aren’t displaying well on my mobile device, I still couldn’t access this link below: http://antellowireless.com/cloud-networking/ via mobile devices but could on PCs/Desktops. How can I figure out this? Thanks
I cannot access that link full stop – so this appears to unrelated to mobile devices. And you are not using the Twenty Eleven theme but the Responsive theme.
Sorry. My fault – I’m actually using Responsive Theme and not Twenty Eleven Theme. Thanks
As per the theme developer’s request, please post in the theme’s dedicated forum: http://cyberchimps.com/forum/free/responsive/
