My database while updating got Fatal Error, i tried every way didn't help, now if i install a new database with latest versoin of WP, is there a way to bring the old database to new one i created without loosing all my blog??

I can view my blog no problem only thing is when i login as admin it giving me Fatal Error

Ask your hosts if they have a database backup that you can use.

Using Phpmyadmin or whatever database management tool your host provides.

I try to login i am getting fatal error but going back to blog i can see blog and the banner coming on the top that i have so many comments and all but when i click on them i getting fatal error again,
but when i click on plugins i can see the dashboard
almost all of them giving me error msg except plugins

I can see my wp-options it says

Look in the wp-options table for the option name db_version and tell us the option value number.

db_version is on page 2 and value is 17056

Are you sure that it isn't actually 17516?

That is the value i have cut and paste it its 17056

There's no such database version number. If that is the value in your database, then I'm afraid that the database appears to have been trashed. And without a backup copy, there's no way to restore it. :-(

But this is why the upgrade notice recommends that you backup your database before you begin.

damn i have to build it again :( good thing is i can't carry on but i can still just copy page by page to new board :( is there a way to change date on submission ?? on new board?

Yes just edit the date above the Publish button.
